Makeup And Beauty Blog
It’s been a long while, I apologise for my absence. University is over for the entire year so I am finally able to sit down and begin writing blog posts again and I am very excited! I understand my last post was an empties post but my bin of consumed products is overflowing therefore i want to get it out of the way before we can get on to some thrilling posts!
However, I am hoping you enjoy this post anyhow. So if you want to listen to reviews about all the products I have used during the last few months and want to know whether I am going to repurchase them, please keep reading then! Clinique Anti-blemish Solutions Liquid Makeup – The product I haven’t actually consumed, but it has been sitting in my own collection for so long and I noticed it had separated therefore i thought it’s time for you to throw it out. This base was the first foundation I ever tried.
I began utilizing it while i was 13 while i experienced from acne and went through several bottles of it. Given that I am old, I don’t have acne any longer and since it doesn’t provide enough coverage for me personally, I don’t tend to reach for it anymore. The colour 01 fresh alabaster is too dark for me personally also.
Rimmel London Stay Matte Primer – That is one of my favorite primers and I must say i need to go pick up a new one. I love the fact that it can help control glimmer and minimises skin pores because that is the main reason I use primers for. It also doesn’t feel heavy on your skin which is a plus. If you haven’t attempted this and you have greasy skin, I’d definitely recommend it!

- AVON Maximum Moisture Super Hydrating Gel

Rimmel London 60 Seconds Nail Polish in 740 Clear – I must say i liked this nail polish! Kevyn Aucoin The Essential Mascara – I don’t think this mascara is worth the amount of money. I wasn’t a enthusiast of the wand, I experienced like it picked up a significant amount of product so I always needed to wipe away the excess on the starting of the pipe to avoid my lashes from clumping together. It did provide some volume and size, but it was just a little clumpy and it just didn’t blow me away.
I also experienced like it dried up very quickly so it’s not at all worth the amount of money and I won’t be repurchasing it. Essence All Eyes on me Multi-effect Mascara Waterproof – That is a really good waterproof mascara. I usually utilize this as a top coat over my other mascaras because alone I don’t find it does much apart from separating the lashes and providing some length.
Since Essence is so affordable it is something I will probably repurchase because it’s convenient to have a nice waterproof mascara in your collection! Clinique High Impact Mascara – I’ve been through so many of these! I mainly love by using this on my lower lash range because it provides my lower lashes so much volume without making them clumpy.
It’s also nice on top of the lashes on no makeup – makeup times as it creates my lashes look very fluttery and nice. I definitely recommend this! Clinique Liquid Facial Soap Oily Skin Formula – I love this cleanser and have been using it for so many years! I’ve tried looking for drugstore alternatives and I have found a couple I don’t brain, but nothing is better than this. Simple Clear Skin Oil Balancing Moisturiser – This moisturiser was good but it didn’t blow me away as I would still get oily skin throughout the day, but it did a nice job of moisturising my face.
It also has really good ingredients and vitamins to reduce blemishes and enhance the skin condition. I did notice after i was using it my skin had almost no breakouts apart from hormonal ones so maybe that state is true. Throughout the day this moisturiser may help to avoid that If you only produce a little amount of essential oil, but if you have extremely greasy skin I’d avoid this because it did nothing in the form of controlling stand out.
Nivea Rich Nourishing Body Lotion – This is an extremely nice moisturiser that did everything it claims to do – nourish the skin, reduce roughness, moisturises and softens skin, making it smoother noticeably. This is such an intensely moisturising body lotion so it’s perfect for those of you who have really dry skin.
