My Journey Through Deepest, Darkest Weight Loss
First the Wii: I am getting back again on the Wii. I’ve made it three days in a row now. I’m not really trying to create any records, or workout for a particular time, or get my heart in the prospective range. I am just trying to establish the habit of getting some sort of workout done each day.
That may sound strange knowing that I have become a good workout in therapy since surgery. Healthy people don’t have to go to therapy – at least never to me. So, back again to the Wii and then on to something a more challenging at the to begin the year little. The roller coaster part? The day I got on the Wii and do the body test The first, my center of balance was exactly 50/50 almost. It was something similar to 49.5/50.5. I, certainly, took note of this.

The surgery does its job. I was no listing to the right longer! This morning, I used to be so badly out of balance that I had to position myself in the blue dot. A person with a Wii should try leaning to 1 part through the body test to see what I mean.
As I said, this really wasn’t upsetting. I’ve experienced two very good days in a row. The night was a little hard and my left thigh is bothering me a little Last. It is part of recovery and can happen sometimes just. Then the Scales: So, everybody knows concerning this one! I am so very near to getting to my pre-op weight, significantly less than I pound.
I’ve been mentally rehearsing that post for a few days now. Every day, The day I wake up and think this is. Yesterday, my weight shot over the pond up. Today, I’m about half a pound away. Again, I off shrug that. I’m not constant yet with my eating or water intake. I don’t expect much. BUT, 65MD chosen Monday that he wished to lose 10 pounds.
He weighed yesterday evening and has lost 5! I accused him of placing his hands on the something or wall structure! Nope. Five pounds gone! It isn’t fair just. Finally 65MD: In so far as I wished to be mad at 65MD, I couldn’t. He can’t help it that men lose faster than women. Besides, without him, there is absolutely no telling where I’d be right now. Not related to dealing with hip replacement unit but all of life just, quite frankly. It is the justification he felt compelled to lost weight.
He comes with an umbilical hernia. He’s experienced it since I’ve known him. Until a few weeks ago, it was quite small. His doctor told him at his annual exam, in the fall, that it was probably time for you to go ahead and schedule something. He didn’t. My hip collapsed. I acquired surgery and he’s still waiting around. This is a lot more distressing for me.
